This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" , "Not for Sale" and Release Date "Sep. 1" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Sample Sticker is on Front Sleeve.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus.
