Description

Issued in 1982 this is a Jamaican 12" on the Volcano label with the catalogue number VOL. 10-82 and VOL. 09-82.     Matrix numbers are M & S side: DSR 3956 A and Eek side: DSR 3957 B.  Both sides produced by Henry " Jungo " Lawes.........That's the spelling on the label.      Both tracks are extended versions....Both songs were also issued as Volcano 7"s, both of those credit The Roots Radics on the version side so the same will be true of the 12" which is the same mix with song and dub on one side.  The Michigan and Smiley tune used the same rhythm as Eastwood and Saint's " Another One Bites The Dust".  The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with no scuffs or marks and both labels are clean and mark free.  Both sides play very well with no pops or crackles and no noticeable surface noise...A great solid slab of vinyl.
