The Record looks Near Mint
The Cover is Excellent, a Glossy Laminated type cover.
I looked this up in Disc Cogs.  It is a boot.  I don't know the source of the recording but Side D according to the cover was recorded Live In London, Hammersmith Odeon, June 28th 1992 " A Celebration of the Blues" Not trying to put you off, just being honest.  If you have any questions please email me. 
 It looks great and plays great but with some light background noise here and there.  B side had a pop on track 5.  All songs are very clear and Micks harp playing is great.  Some great blues stuff here
I got this from Germany in 1995.  I put it away and forgot about it until I saw the one on ebay from Italy.
