Description

HERE IS THE SITE OF:

 THE EX~DISCO~DJ FROM NEW YORK CITY THAT'S AUCTIONING OFF ALL OF HIS CLASSIC RECORDS IN HIS COLLECTION STARTING AT .99 cents.

OK....HERE'S THE SCOOP

For those of you that have put bids on this last week....here it is again.

It was "TKO'd" by Ebay.  Don't ask me what that means...but if you do know...please let me know.  Ebay will not answer...or respond to my questions about the action.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

T

This is an original 12" single vinyl record, not a Cd, or DVD.  It is guaranteed original, not a re-issue.

  This classic vinyl pressing is from my personal collection. I was a New York City nightclub DJ from 1972 through 1988, and I am auctioning off most of my classic record collection for others to enjoy.

 All of my auctioned records are in Mint - to - Very Good condition, and can be programmed in clubs today, to the likeness of quality they had "back in the day"  otherwise they will not be listed.

Since I was at the beginning of the emergence of the disco era,  these records have lots of history to them.  Most of my records were never in a record store being manhandled by hundreds, if not thousands of careless people.  The only other caring fingerprints on this record could have been from other professional DJ / artists of my time such as:  the legendary Walter Gibbons (DJ remixer) Jim Burgess (DJ / Producer / Remixer) Ray F. Caviano ( RFC Records / Producer) Eddie Rivera (International Disco Record Center) Jenny Costa (WKTU guest DJ), David Mancuso (The Loft at 99 Prince St. / Record Pool) or David Morales (For The Record / Def Jam / Producer / Songwriter / Remixer).   If this record could talk!

"A TOM MOULTON MIX"

An ULTRA FIERCE disco breakout that any serious DJ / Record Preservationist MUST-HAVE.

    Here's the descriptive synopsis:

  VINYL CONDITION:    Near Mint-

No paper scuffs that I can see.  No scratches, but plenty of fingerprints.  May have a little dust.  Plays great!!!   Brilliant luster.  Clean, fierce, intense pressing with incredible clarity.  No pops or record noise whatsoever.  One of the best copies around.  This record was kept in a smoke free, well ventilated, dehumidified, air-conditioned, pest free, pet free environment for decades.

  Label:  Near Mint

This Atlantic Records Promo Label has No spindle marks, no wear, no label fading.   No notations, BPM, or writing.

Although there isn't a "Promotion Only-Not For Sale" notification anywhere on Atlantic / Atco Records DSKO series, this was only a Promo release at the time of early 1977.

I received this record from the Atlantic Records promotions dept. (Rock-Plaza NYC) in 1977.

Cover Condition:   Excellent

Atlantic / Atco Disco Series jacket cover.  Just a little ringwear. No ink marks or rips.  Nice firm corners with just a little wear.

GOOD HOME NEEDED:

Please don't bid on this record if you are an investor, and your only objective is to give it a "quick turn" for profit.

Only good DJ's, and record preservationist's (collectors)  deserve a classic like this.

Winner take notice:  Please take good care of this classic record. Give her a good loving home.  She has consistently performed well all of her life.   Take good care of her.  Don't place her on something that may scratch her...or cause her harm.  Keep her away from heat and direct hot sun, which will cause her to wilt and expire.  Don't mix her up in a different cover...or misplace her...she may miss you.  Occasionally, place her gently on a padded platter, and carefully lay down her lover...a clean and balanced tonearm not to exceed 3.0 grams of weight, and she will sing for all eternity.  This is all I ask.  And...

Winner:  please pay within 3 days.  Paypal preferred.

Shipping Details:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
U.S. Domestic:
I like to ship Flat-rate media mail (up to three 12" records maximum) for only $5.00, and always includes free delivery confirmation.  Wins totaling over $50.00 (even if they're combined) includes free insurance.  Pretty good huh?  It takes about a week, give-or-take a day or two.
If you wish priority, just let me know, and it'll be $7.00 for one 12" record thank you.  It's a little faster than "Media Mail" (about 3-4 days).  Additional 12" records are $1.00 ea.
No one ever asked for a record to be shipped overnight...so I won't waste my time.  If you want it "Next Day" the cost is $12.00.
FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I Use 3 types of service from the United States Post Office
The dollar value is in U.S. currency.
1:  Airmail Parcel Post:   Cost $20.05 (one 12" record)
Usually for records with package value over $50.00 and you wish to have insured.  It takes about a week...if not held-up at customs.  The price for one 12" record is $20.05, and features a  tracking  number. (The USPS may not know where it is at the time...but at least it's insured)
Combining discount:  Add $1.00 for each additional 12" record.  I'll pay for insurance...if needed. (Pretty good...Huh?)
2:  Airmail Letter Post:   Cost: ONLY $12.00 (one 12" Record)
Carries no insurance, and cannot be tracked.  It usually takes about a week if not slowed down at your port.   NOTICE:   All deliveries sent this way are AT YOUR OWN RISK.  One 12" record shipped is $12.00.  This is great for 12" record(s) valued under $50.00, and you don't care if they're insured.
Combining discount:  Again...add one U.S. dollar  for each additional 12" record.
3:   Surface Non-Priority:   Cost: $8.00 for one 12" record  (to most areas.)
Usually for bulk shipment (three 12" records or more) that carries NO insurance, cannot be tracked, and your declared  value for customs is under-stated.  This method is definately: AT YOUR OWN RISK  and takes about 6 weeks to most areas.
Combining discount:  Add one dollar for each additional 12" record.
   To sellers abroad: please check with your customs bureau.  Don't get me in the middle.  Tariffs SUCK.  Don't be surprised when it arrives at your border.   Know what to do, and how much you want me to declare.
Peace-Out!!!!
