Mike Vernon- Bring It Back Home- Mega Rare UK Original 10 Track Vinyl LP On Blue Horizon. No Lyric Insert ( 2931 003)
Play Tested/Strictly Graded:
Cleaned on a Pro-Ject- VC-E vinyl cleaning machine before testing.
Vinyl- seems to have an edge warp which causes some lightish jumping on both sides ( more pronounced on the first 2 tracks.) Visually this is not really apparent until you actually play the record. The playback was smoother and the audio improved considerably when I made the tone arm heavier. Audio wise I could only hear any surface noise in-between the tracks and on a couple of intros, Visually there are some non feelable hairline scratches and scuff marks. Hard to grade accurately but overall it sounded very decent with a heavier tone arm. Good.
The Sleeve is worn around the edges and corners with ringwear and a sticker removal mark on the top right corner, the writing on the spine is not readable , remarkably there appear to be no seam splits though ( please see all the pics) Grades as Good.
this will also come with a new pvc protective outer sleeve and a new white paper inner sleeve along with the original inner.
A Full no quibble refund is available if you disagree with my description etc on return of the record. Will also refund your return postage.
I will combine shipping/p+p charges. Just add all items to basket and request an amended invoice. I believe this method is only available on the eBay website and not the app. Otherwise just pay separately and I will refund the excess amount on dispatch.
I use the Record Collector Grading System sometimes with a + or - to indicate that it's slightly better or slightly worse than than Ex or VG etc.
MINT; The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT; The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD; The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR; The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. I will not sell any vinyl below this grade.
