Description
On offer here is a first press copy of Bitches Brew by Miles Davis, released on the Orange CBS label in 1970, catalogue number 64010.
The unlaminated fragile E J Day printed gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition, with some rubbing on the top and bottom of the sleeve and the beginning of ringwear on the back.
Record One is in Excellent condition with no marks or blemishes, Record Two has a couple of light marks (not scratches)
The matrix numbers are A1 / B1 / C1 and D1 indicating a first pressing.
The labels are very clean Excellent condition with light spindle marks.
The album comes with both original inners advertising CBS releases at the time (Skin Alley, Steamhammer Trees, Black widow etc)
Whilst this is clearly not a Mint condition copy, this is a very first pressing and a very respectable play copy at that.
The records will be sent in a professional record mailer manufactured by Covers 33, and will be sent with the records outside of the sleeve in a polythene cover, sandwiched between two cardboard stiffeners.
