About This Record. This is an original US copy of Miles Davis' Jazz LP entitled Cookin'. This album was called Cookin' at Miles' request. He said, "After all, that's what we did - came in and cooked." And its the truth.

Vinyl Condition. Super heavy weight original Vinyl looks VG- because of some noticeable light stylus marks and paper marks; plays nice VG with light background noise. No sticks, jumps, or skips; just some light background noise and usual random pops. Still enjoyable as these things go. Original pressing with RVG etched in matrix area. Super heavy weight vinyl.

Cover Condition. Cover is Stong VG+; would rate much better but it has some spine damage covered by four inches of tape on spine. Seams are strong; "shop" written on back cover in pen Frong and back coverpresent well except for tape which is not very noticeable. See photos

Inner Sleeve. Comes in new rice-paper equivalent sleeve cleaned on my V.P.I. 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine, with a plain paper sleeve I do not think is the original.

Label Condition. Labels are EX- condition because of some noticeable spindle marks on each side. Still nice! Never has been any stickers or writing that usually plagues these beautiful labels (see photos)

About Me. I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years. With a child in college, I often sell records so I can buy more vinyl. 99% of what I sell is vinyl; read my Feedback! Common LPs are a waste of your time and mine! I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept in well preserved. This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and housed in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve, and plastic sleeve, and original plain inner sleeve.
