Description
You are looking at an extremely rare Miles Davis album, Get Up With It from 1974. Imported from the USA.
This is a Demonstration release, and was never for general sale. This is clear on both the vinyl itself and the outer sleeve.
The album cover is actually printed in reverse, so the fold opens the wrong way to what you'd expect from a normal double LP (opens left to right), to distinguish it from a standard retail album. It also has both corners clipped, as you can see in the pictures.
The vinyl is in excellent condition, only a couple of very light surface scratches but the album has been played through in a pioneer deck and plays perfectly, appears to have been played very little.
The outer sleeve does have some shelf wear as can be seen in the photos. It might clean up but I am leaving it untouched.
A very rare and collectible album for the Miles Davis fan. I doubt you'll find another for sale in the UK that is a demo.
