Description
Wow! Spectacular copy of the 1958 mono US repress of Miles Davis & Milt Jackson's classic Quintet / Sextet LP, with Rudy Van Gelder stamps in the runout matrix. Sleeve and vinyl are both very glossy, great collector's copy! LP has been playtested and ultrasonically cleaned, sounds excellent. Inner sleeve is a replacement poly-lined inner.
LP is a glossy VG+. There are some hairlines (mostly on side B) that are unfeelable and some small dimples/pressing defects throughout that are typical of LPs from this era. The sleeve is beautiful and is about as close to NM as you'll get on a record this old (calling it VG+ for safety). There is some wear on the bottom right hand corner (and a very small amount on the bottom left), and discoloration on the back.
