Description

A very rare 1963 Canadian mono repress of The Miles Davis Quintet - 'Round About Midnight. Originally released in 1957, this is a repress on the red Columbia 2 eye label CL 949.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl is spotlessly clean with a few faint scuffs and trace lines which have no impact on playback. Clean labels and spindle holes - graded EX.
Playback reveals a warm and smooth mono sound which is vibrant and room filling. The vinyl plays through as it should with no jumping or sticking.
The outer sleeve is sturdy and solid with minimal wear to the top seam and mild discolouration. Crisp edges and good readable spine. No writing, stains, splits, tears or tape.
We have decanted the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve to keep the record pristine after cleaning.
A very rare version of a classic Miles Davis album in excellent hard to find condition.
The record will be sent separated out to avoid transit splits.
