Picture Sleeve Has Title/Info Stickers on Front and on Back.
With Designed Inner Sleeve (It Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots Like The Photo 6) and A Japanese Linernotes Sheet.
Disc and Sleeve are EX ,Label of Side 1 Has A "Sample Disc (by Japanese Language) Stamp Like The Photo 8.
