This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Words "Sample" , "Not for Sale" and Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered Sample Sticker Is on Back Part of Picture Sleeve.
Disc and Sleeve are EX, Back Part of Original Shrink Has A Large Tear Like The Photo # 6.
