Description

Miles Davis - Volume 2 -  Rare! 1956 OG Blue Note - BLP1502 First Mono Pressing. This First Blue Note Label has 767 Lexington Ave address. Vinyl plays VG to VG+ with some minor surface noise. Cover has some staining, (coffee drips? - espresso perhaps) and a seam split along entire bottom of the cover. (See Photos). 


Volume 2 presents tracks from all three sessions which featured Miles with the likes of trombonist J.J. Johnson, saxophonists Jackie McLean and Jimmy Heath, pianists Gi Coggins and Horace Silver, bassists Oscar Pettiford and Percy Heath, and drummers Kenny Clarke and Art Blakey.
