Signed in print on internal notes March 1963 by CM. overall condition good. Comes from a contemporary collection and has rather musty storage smell! Ref. notes on inner sleeve. Sent 2nd class signed in the UK. No changes or cleaning have been attempted. Original collector was very careful! Exactly as received.
