As you know, my husband has been selling parts for years, now its time for me to disperse my own collection. Nearing retirement, the time has come to start selling off my 1500 piece record stash.. My collection starts in the early 1960's and go to 1980. Years ago, I worked worked part time in a record store that sold new and mint used, which helped me find rare pieces which included Promotional copies. I rarely played anything that I bought, this was strictly a collection. The albums are all like new, and have been in plastic to protect the jackets. Any that I purchased used will be stated as such. Here I have for your consideration...
I have 5 in Store Promo samplers albums ......, I have more to come These were given to our store to play during shopping hours, some we never got to, others were played once I started collecting them because some had rare versions and re-mixes that you could never find. Now its time to start selling them.Here we go... 1981-1982 Columbia Sampler,The Furs,Romeo Void,Men At Work,Scandal,Translator, 11 songs total 1983 Jo-Boxers, Just Got Lucky great tune...and flip side song 1983, The Bongos,Barbarella,Numbers with Wings...both rare re-mixes.remember these? 1983 Capitol Sampler,The Motels,Duran Duran,Brian May,Boy's Brigade,Reflex,Industry...way to cool! 12 songs 1987 A+M, Simple Minds, 3 songs...very rare. These are the best sounding vinyl you may ever hear, the record Companies spared no expense in making these sound extra good. I will professionally box this for shipping, trust me.
