Side 1 (Matrix - ARL-3425-1E):
Passacaglia (Sammartini, arr. Nachez)
Ciaccona (Vitali, arr. Charlier)

Side 2 (Matrix - ARL-3426-2E):
Sonata No 4 in D major, Op 1, No 13 (Handel)
Air on the G string from Suite No 3 in D major (Bach)

This is rare recording from 1957.

The condition is, in general, Very Good (according to the Record Collector grading system), i.e. "The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable."

Given that this is a rare and sought after item, I must point out that there are a few seconds of groove damage around 4 minutes and 30 seconds into Sammartini's Passacaglia on Side 1. The remainder of the record, however, can justifiably be graded as VG or better.

This is a record that can sell for high prices in Mint condition, so this represents a potential opportunity to acquire a Very Good original copy (complete with original poly inner sleeve) at a more reasonable price.
