Description
- Near mint vinyl on this Vanguard Stereolab black/silver label original LP “Hebraic Melodies” (Vanguard VSD 2137) with Mischa Elman on violin performing the works of Bruch, Bloch, Achron, Lavry and others. He is accompanies on piano by Joseph Seiger.
- The tracklist (& composer) is: Dance Hebraique (Bonime)/Nigun, from “Baal Shem” (Bloch)/Dance Of Rebbitzen (Perlman)/The Chassid (Chajes)/Raisins And Almonds (Goldfaden)/Hebrew Melody (Achron)/Eili, Eili (arr: Elman)/Yemenite Wedding (Lavry)/Kol Nidre, Op 47 (Bruch).
- The LP looks and plays near mint with just some very light occasional surface noise noticeable mainly at the lead-in to side two but in any event quite minor. I’m unable to se even one spindle mark on the black/silver Vanguard Stereolab labels. The textured cover has no splits, tears, writing or cutouts. There is some light wear and aging but the graphics and liner notes are clear. I rate the cover as VG+.
