THE RECORD IS IN PERFECT CONDITION - THE COVER IS IN GREAT CONDITION AS WELL WITH THE FOLLOWING SMALL EXCEPTIONS: SMALL 1/4" NICK ON CORNER - SMALL RING WEAR ON BACK TOP COVER - SMALL NICK ON BOTTOM RIGHT BACK (SEE PICTURES FOR DETAILS). HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE QUALITY OF THIS ITEM - IT'S IN GREAT SHAPE! SOLD "AS IS"
