Engineered at Mix-O-Lydian Studio, Boonton, NJ. Remixed at Quad Teck, L.A., CA.First pressing with pink background and pink Misfits logo. The Plan9 logo appears on the back cover.
The inner record sleeve has song lyrics on one side and a photo collage on the other.
Some copies came with a "Fiend Club" shirt flyer and/or glossy photo insert.
Promo copies came with a 22"x22" folded poster of the pink cover art and a glossy 8"x10" band photo. The promo copies also had the top-right corner clipped.
