Hello! This is an auction for a copy of the rare original 78 RPM shellac 10" single release of Stack O' Lee Blues/ Candy man Blues by Mississippi John Hurt on OKeh, catalogue number 8654. This is the very rare original 1929 pressing. It has several scuffs and scratches to it, but it doesn't have any chips. There do appear to be a few lam cracks, but they don't go through to the other side. Upon a play through, I did notice a jump in the beginning of 'Stack O' Lee Blues', but it played without skipping if I slightly held the needle back at that point, so it might not skip on other systems. (I played this on an Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB with a needle built specifically for shellac 78 RPM singles.) This release is exceptionally rare and desirable with few selling upon release and far fewer surviving the following 95 years. Copies rarely show up for sale, even on eBay. Good luck!
