Dark Ambient project from former Dark Tranquillity guitarist Niklas Sundin.
Largely instrumental and featuring everything from Dead Can Dance-like tribal atmospheres to futuristic sci-fi soundscapes. Among the guest musicians appearing are Dark Tranquillity's Martin Brändström and renowned cello player Annika Blomfeldt.
Mitochondrial Sun is a pretty unique sounding album that's not looking to impress anyone, but rather to try and put across a sense of expansiveness in it's haunting synth and ghostly strings and piano. If you're a fan of cinematic soundtracks, and allow music to take you on whatever journey your mind connects to, there's something spacious, luscious, dark and magical here. Pressed on gold vinyl Limited to 300 copies

If it is important to you that your item is sealed, please get in touch BEFORE ordering.
All of our stock is assumed to be M/M since all of our stock is brand new and shipped directly from bands, labels and distributors to us.
