Up for auction is Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab's release of "Sinatra", catalog # SC-1, (1953- 1962) Limited Edition 5416 out of 10,000 sets manufactured and distributed worldwide. This is a 16 LP box set of Frank Sinatra?s greatest recordings, mastered from the original master tapes. Half speed mastered and pressed onto high definition super vinyl by the Victor Company of Japan.

Also included in this collection is a GEO-DISC. This easy to use device, developed by MFSL enables you to align you turntable's cartridge within .003 of inch accuracy. The result of that precise alignment is improved playback performance of your entire stereo system. Each individual Original Master Recording disc comes in an anti-static, anti-abrasive "rice paper" sleeve for maximum vinyl protection. The sleeved album is enclosed in a stiff insert board that supplies security against breakage and warpage. These components are inserted the specially constructed outer jacket for increased cushioning. The entire collection of SINATRA components is stored in a sturdy, elegant silver and black library presentation case.

This set is in EXCELLECT, near MINT condition.  Presentation case only has some very minor scuffs.  One LP is missing its ?rice paper? sleeve. I have inspected all the LPs, and all but 2 look to have never even been out of their sleeves. #?s 8 and 11 have a very small scratch on each, I played them and they play PERFECT. 

This set has sat on display at my Father?s home for many years.  I don?t ever remember him listening to any of these records as turntables became obsolete and he then only listened to cassettes.

This is a truly great set, and would make a wonderful and unique gift

for Mother's or Father's day.
