Description

RARE 12" single on the RARE CHILA label out of GLENDALE Calif.   1979 pressing.  The record has a soring kind on mid tempo tune, with vocals.  It features Walter Smith, but the vocals are girls, the flip is the same title I CANT BELIEVE Instrumental with credits to PHIL DAVIS.  Very rare. I think it sounds like a drifting Midtempo modern soul style to it. I hope you know it, or have been looking for it.
