This listing is for the Modest Mouse record The Lonesome Crowded West. This is the UK & European indie record store variation limited to only 300 copies. It was distributed by Fat Possum Records rather than the US version of 1000 distributed by Newbury Comics. One disc is half white & half sea blue and the other disc is half white & half bronze. I ordered this record from 4 different international distributors before I finally could get this one. Good luck getting another over here! 
I opened this record only to verify the color of the vinyl. I received this record brand new today, split the shrink to remove the records, and took the pictures. I then put the records back and safely stored it. I haven't used the download code, the sticker on the shrink says it is in there. It's a gatefold cover that has never been opened because I didn't take the shrink off. Needless to say this record is the same as new. I noticed a few light paper scuffs when I was handling the records and some fuzzies from the sleeves but nothing unusual for a brand new record. I'm grading both the cover and vinyl as near mint since it has been opened but they are exactly the same as I opened it new and never put it on a turntable.
I don't really want to sell this record, it's a beautiful copy of an awesome album and ridiculously collectible. Therefore I am only willing to sell it if I make a profit on it. Please do not complain about my asking price or send me lowball offers. I'd rather keep it than break even. Shipping is free to the continental US and it will be shipped ASAP after payment comes through.
