Description
For sale is the fourth album by Scottish instrumental rock legends Mogwai. Released in 2003 on PIAS Records. This is the LP edition.
Mogwai have been icons for some time, championing a blazing (post) rock sound since the mid 90's, after being heavily influenced by American bands at that time such as Slint. Over their career they have incorporated increased variety, in terms of instruments and style, which included use of vocals, as seen here on lead track, and live favourite Hunted By A Freak. They have also been heavily involved with the UK festival All Tomorrows Parties, playing regularly, and curating more than once, which included its inaugural year in 2000.
