GRADING: 

VINYL:  EX  Vinyl is in beautiful glossy condition with a few very light sleeve scuffs that do not affect play.  The play grade is Near Mint.  Played and sounded perfect on our Technics 1200.  Labels are in EX condition with some wear around the spindle holes (see pics).
 
COVER/JACKET:  VG+  The laminated cover has no seam splits or cut-outs.  There is some minor ring-wear to front of cover,  and edge-wear to left, bottom, and right edges.  Bottom edgewear at right corner is about 1.5 centimeters long.  There is also some minor creasing on front cover (see pics).
