I could not find out anything about this 45 RPM and this group on the internet, except for the fact that Chris Moon and his Moonsound Incorporated Recording Studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was the first recording studio for the rock star Prince!!  Please see this website (and others with a similar story): http://www.petergillis.net/archives/other/books/princeInsideThePurpleReign/four.htm
Anyway, this 45 RPM was made at that studio with Chris Moon credited with lyrics and Chase Walker credited with Music.  Side 1 is Homage to the Flame and Side 2 is Caroline.  It was found in a borrowed 45 sleeve (RCA) and looks in excellent condition - no scratches seen - looks great!!
