Description

This is the highly sought-after 2011 Earache Records limited reissue of Covenant on Sanguine (blood) Red Vinyl, housed in the classic Gatefold jacket.

As the best-selling death metal album of the Soundscan era, Covenant is a mandatory piece of extreme metal history. This specific color pressing was limited to 200 copies and it is increasingly difficult to find in this condition.

Specifics & Identification:

Label: Earache Records (MOSH081LP1)

Barcode: 5055006508154

Runout Etchings: MOSH081LP1 / LVC (Confirms 2011 European pressing) The initials belong to Lex van Coeverden, a Dutch mastering engineer.

Limited color breakdown on this run:

Candle Wax – 100 copies

*Sanguine (blood) Red – 200 copies*

Diseased Green – 300 copies

Black – 900 copies

A serious collector pressing with real scarcity behind it—not just another routine repress.

A major piece for Morbid Angel fans and one of the stronger death metal listings in the room. 🤘😜🤘
