Notes

Initial copies of the lyrics / photos insert were offset printed. At some point in the late 1980's (or possibly early 90s) the band made more inserts on a photocopier for the remaining stock of their records. It’s easy to spot the difference between 1st and 2nd edition inserts: on the photocopied 2nd edition inserts the end of the address “FL. 33261” is cut off / missing.
