The experience of buying records on Ebay is ruined if, when they arrive, you discover that they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging in a 'box' mailer with the record outside the sleeve to avoid seam-splitting. Morrissey - 'Suedehead' Japanese White Label Promo 7" - 1988

This auction is for the very rare white label 7" which was used to promote the 'Viva Hate' LP in Japan. The label is sparsely designed with Japanese text on the white label on each side and comes with a Japanese insert on which the artwork of the 'Sudehead' single is also reproduced. Although probably originally photocopied, this sheet is not a recent reproduction as can be seen by the ageing of the paper in line with the release date. This is an item which very rarely comes up for sale and appeared at Number 41 in the Morrissey 'Top 50' collectables list in Record Collector in late 2009 and is a very rare original Morrissey collectable.The vinyl and labels are in strong excellent condition, with some superficial surface marks in a few places on the otherwise highly-glossy vinyl. The Japanese insert in similarly in strong excellent condition, with just some light creasing in a few places and some very minor marks towards the bottom right hand corner. This is a very nice example of this highly-collectable item. Please see the accompanying photos for more detail; note that the 'Ebay ID' lettering is just on the pictures and not on the item itself.
