Title: The Complete Verve Recordings of The Buddy De Franco Quartet/Quintet With Sonny Clark

Format: 5 lps
Edition: unnumbered edition of 7,500
Booklet Condition: Excellent. No marks or curls; The booket is autographed by Buddy De Franco. If you want a "certificate of authenticity," I will include a letter. This was obtained seven or eight years ago (my estimate) at Chicago's Jazz Showcase at a Sunday afternoon performance. The inscription is "To Jack-Evelyn, Best to you, Buddy De Franco" It is signed with a grey metallic Sharpie. My wife says that I am required to tell you that we are still very much together so we aren't getting rid of it because of marriage problems.
LP Condition: No scratches or fingerprints.
Sleeves: Original Mosaic. In good condition.
Box Condition: Very good. No dents and largely intact. The side where the box opens and closes--right side is showing fraying. This clearly is happening because the cardboard is rubbing against cardboard. See photo. Relatively immaterial defect, but it is there.
Provenance: Purchased from Mosaic.
Reason for Sale: Change of hobbies.
Shipping Override: Shipping rates are for shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states and the District of Columbia. The $15 for U.S. priority mail is based on past experience with Mosaic sets and includes insurance. Those purchasing outside the continental U.S. will need to make payment for the actual postage. I will calculate the price based on your location and add it to the invoice. My recent experience for shipments to Europe is about $37.25 International Priority Mail (6 to 10 day delivery). You also will have to pay for insurance, which is more costly for foreign packages than shipping within the United States.
Shipping Container: I bubble wrap the set, and have been placing it in a 14 by 14 by 6 cardboard container, with crumpled newspaper to cushion the bubble-wrapped set. Container size may change, depending on availability, but this size seems to work nicely.
Risk of Loss: I bear risk of loss if package is lost or destroyed in transit. In case of loss in transit, you don’t pay, but I don’t have to find a replacement set. In other words, auction is null and void.
