Item Description:

This is an original 1944 Decca Records 4-record set of "Winged Victory", featuring selections from the U.S. Army Air Forces play written and directed by Moss Hart. This vintage 78 RPM shellac record album includes performances by the Winged Victory Chorus and Orchestra, a rare piece of WWII-era music history.

This set was released as part of the Decca Personality Series (Album No. 363-29M) and contains patriotic and theatrical recordings performed by U.S. Army Air Forces personnel.
