Mothers Of Invention-We're Only In It For The Money lp on Verve Records. Original blue label Verve first press. Frank Zappa and The Mothers masterpiece? You make the call. Classic garage psych sounds while ripping psychedelia and the hippie scene in the same breath. A really interesting lp from the production standpoint too. Weird, creepy sounds, engineering tricks, bizarre ambience and the everpresent x-factor (it's a Mothers lp so it could go anywhere). Some very relevant social commentary for the time whether you like it or not. Cover is a nice vg with no major flaws, just light general wear and a 3 inch split top right rear of gatefold cover. No insert in this copy. Graded cover/a/b sides: VG/VG++/VG+. (lp plays vg++ or better throughout). Great sounding copy. No reserve. Starting bid $27.99
