Description
You are bidding on the iconic first album released in 1966 by the Mothers of Invention-Freak Out! Verve(V-5005-2) This was one of the first rock double album sets released. It is recorded in Mono. Side 4 is given over entiredly to Frank Zappa's 12+ minute opus, Return of the Son of the Monster Magnet. It also includes the semi-hit, Help, I'm a Rock.(see the photos for complete song listings) The cover has visible shelf wear on the edges and corners.There are rubs to the front and back of the cover. There is a limited-edition price sticker on the front. (see photos) On side one of record one, there is a light mar line that does not affect the play of the songs.(see photos) The records come in the original Verve inner sleeves. The record surfaces are in excellent condition.(see photos) I am slowly, but surely selling off the record collection I've acquired over the years. These albums were originally purchased and played only by me. I have taken exceptional care of my collection and the records I offer are probably sonically the best used records you'll find.
