Monarch pressing in Los Angeles, however, it has labels are like the LPs pressed at RCA pressing plant in Indiana.

Label variation with "Mount Rushmore - '69' in all caps

Minor pops and static,  but nothing that comes close to overpowering the music. It could use a good cleaning. No skips on my turntable.

Cover has approx. 1 inch horizontal cut in top left corner.

Cover and original inner sleeve in nice condition for being 55 years old.
