Description

An original heavy-set 1st Press of Sleighride. Stamped "STERLING". Matrix A1/B1. Stampers 1A/1GD. Labels mention 'copyright control' which you find on the earlirst copies. Comes housed in an original high quality gatefold printed by E J Day. Also included is the original inner.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Even into the lowkey tracks - really clean player. Nothing upfront or annoying. Given the vintage - really impressive.
Cover (Ex-) Lovely flat and only exhibiting lightest surface wear. Given the vintage very impressive. Minimal edge wear. Spine 90% intact with slight ageing. Four pointy corners.  Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Inner (Ex-) No splits.
