Mountain – Nantucket Sleighride Original 1971 Vinyl Windfall 5500.

If any rock fan has not heard of Mountain I would suggest they urgently visit youtube and listen to this album, superb musicians and hard driving rock.Nantucket Sleighride was easily their best album and this is very much an iconic album.

This album was released in 1971, I must have imported the album as it as it has the original US Windfall record label, catalogue number Windfall 5500 (as opposedto the UK release which was on Island records). There is a dent in the album cover at the corner as can be seen from the pictures.

I have owned this album since I purchased it and have not played this particular album in well over 30 years. Although thesurface of the records looks good I have no way of telling how playable it is (I did have a good Pioneer Hi-Fi).

I did spend a large part of my early life in Findlay’s record shop on the Cow Wynd in Falkirk and Bruce’s in Edinburgh collecting albums.  Hope this goes to a good home.
