Description
Here is an unreleased late '60s mystery acetate from the East Coast publisher Workshop Productions. One side contains "Move On," a great punky psychedelic track with an astounding guitar break in the bridge. The other side is a sort of Detroit Wheels-style rave up called "Say Hey" that's not nearly as exciting. I've scoured every resource I have and can't find any info about these recordings, much less who the band was. No, I don't think it's the Sonics, but it's the best guess I have. It was almost certainly cut between '67 and '69. The disc is in VG+ condition with excellent playback on both sides. Listen to an excerpt below:
