When Westchester, New York’s Moving Mountains formed in 2005, they sought out to create something special. The group has done an incredible job of bringing that goal to fruition ever since. Gregory Dunn originally co-founded the band as a studio project with drummer Nick Pizzolato. Dunn and Pizzolato wrote and recorded a self-titled demo EP that was leaked to the public in early 2006 and was followed by 2007’s Pneuma, which Deep Elm Records re-issued the following year. It's 10-songs teem with resplendent, ethereal, guitar-driven atmospherics that slowly fade into your consciousness. This Topshelf Records vinyl reissue of Moving Mountains' Pneuma features expanded artwork and has been remastered specifically for the format. Packaged in a gatefold LP jacket with bonus 7" and download.
