THIS RECORD IS MASSIVELY RARE SUPPOSEDLY ONLY SIX KNOWN COPIES EXIST!!!! THIS MAY BE THE SEVENTH, none have been offered for over 3 years.  I think the group hailed from  Paducah, Kentucky. 
Vinyl is BOTH SIDES for me(I try to be strict) just good enough for  VG+ has some light scuffing here and there but NO Scratches , very little surface noise plays very nice
Labels VG both sides with some shelf wear and a name written on side 1 in ink (see Photos)
Spindle nice little or no wear
