Baron Elmo Enterprises proudly presents an earth-cracking vinyl rarity for fans of the spastic roogalator suction-pump stomp of MR. BUNGLE: a sealed copy of the very rare, very limited vinyl edition of their second album Disco Volante, released in 1995 by Warner Brothers. This record comes with the mindcooking prize of a bonus 7-inch single, with a B-side NOT included on the CD edition – or anywhere else, for that matter – entitled “The Legendary Paper Project by the Secret Chiefs Trio." (The A-side, “Platypus,” isn’t on the lp either, but can be found on the Disco Volante CD.) This entire album is a staggering trawl through some of the screwiest, most unhinged sounds you’ll ever hear wrestled into a rock context… the kind of eye-rolling, fire-ants-in-your-britches craziness that makes Primus sound like Air Supply. The track listing for the album (see below) will give you an idea of what kind of musical hammer damage to expect from these jokers. Very few copies of this lp were pressed, and they sold out almost immediately. Why, you'd have to be even crazier than a bag of snakes to pass this beauty up! As I said earlier, this sumbitch is SEALED and mint, except for a small notch cut in the lower right edge of the lp jacket.
