- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have surface noise. Side 2 has some popping 3/4 way through, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG++VG++ (Side 2 has some pitting. Record came like that)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Corners have wear with slight split at top left corner. Bit of surface wear and slight crease on both sides from record. Bit of tape on top edge near right side. Tiny tear on front open edge)
