MU was a band formed by Jeff Cotton (aka Antennae Jimmy Semens) after he left the Magic Band in 1969. Recorded 1974 on the Island of Maui, Hawaii.Mixed at E.C.R. Studios, Emerald City, California 1981Published by Lost Continent Music (ASCAP)(P)? 1982 IREC Milano Recorded in 1974 on the island of Maui, Hawaii, MU´s second album never saw the light of day because the band broke up soon after recording. Finally released as a limited italian-only edition in 1982, the music transmits a delicate mix of soundscapes, in which elements of blues, folk and West Coast psychedelia meld together thanks to a solid guitar base and the incisive vocals of 70´s cult icon Merell Fankhauser.
