Description

Muddy Waters – Folk Singer Series: The Original Chess Masters

Absolutely gorgeous copy of Muddy Waters’ legendary Folk Singer — one of the most respected acoustic blues recordings ever put to vinyl.

This album is intimate, raw, beautifully recorded, and almost startlingly present-sounding when played on a good system. No giant band arrangements, no distractions — just Muddy Waters’ voice, guitar, and pure atmosphere filling the room.

Catalog: CH 9261

A phenomenal collector/listener copy of a true blues essential. Perfect for blues fans, audiophiles, or anyone who wants a record capable of making a room go completely silent after the needle drops.

LP, Album, Reissue

Used item condition: Record: Very Good Plus (VG+) / Sleeve: Very Good Plus (VG+).  This vinyl is tempting to call NM. Vinyl looks and plays like new. A little ring wear and tiny creases on the sleeve is about all to note. It is fantastic all around for almost 40 years old.
Made in US, 1987
