Muddy Waters, Sail On, Chess Label USA Press. (Formerly released as Best of Muddy Waters). Chess 1539 (on sleeve). On label side A - CH 1539-A. (17975) On label side B - CH 1539-B (17976) On the wax Side a: 1A (Union Jack image) 17975 -1. CH 1539 A. On the wax side B: 1A (Union Jack image)17976 - 1. CH 1539 B. For track listing see photos. The sleeve is excellent, with carefully opened shrink wrap still on the sleeve. There is a small import 'nick' on the front sleeve opening, which was normal in the 70s, but barely noticeable. Import sticker also on rear of shrink wrap. Shiny vinyl, with some very minor marks on record and sleeve. No spindle marks on label. Plays through excellent++ and looks rarely played. Qiuet between tracks. Labels excellent++. Other musicians on the tracks include Leonard Chess and Little Walter. The tracks are Muddy's C1950s era outut and this record was pressed in the 1970s (no barcode).. Payment within 3 days of end of action. Will be posted tracked with an LP protector large cardboard envelope.
