Mudvayne self titled 180g glow in the dark colored vinyl record with blacklight cover art. US 2009 Epic release. There is a small tear on the upper right side. Upper right corner has a small dent on the front. There is a ring indentation on the front, but it does not wear to the surface. Front has some smudges/surface wear. I do not have a blacklight, so I can't test to see whether this affects the cover art. Previous owner put the stickers from the shrink wrap on the inner sleeve. See photos. The record looks good visually, but I have not played it.
