I'll be honest, I don't remember buying this. I went to see Mumford and Sons in the little room in The Komedia in Brighton in 2008, I guess. It was a great gig! I was flipping through my records recently and found this. I guess I bought it at the gig.

I don't remember ever having listened to it after buying it. However, on initial inspection I noticed a scratch on on side (see photo). Because of this I played it to see what damage was done. (Maybe I drunkenly played it when I got home after the gig and scratched it taking it off.) Anyway, I couldn't hear any tell tale clicks while the songs played. There was an audible click where the scratch was after  the music stopped though.
The sleeve and inner sleeve look as I would expect them to look when brand new, see the photos.
I'm not a record collector so I don't know the the rules are when categorising records as mint / near mint etc so I've not entered anything there.
Other than the scratch, which is visible but doesn't affect the songs, it's all as new to my eyes and ears.
