Murray Head - She Was Perfection c/w Secondhand Monday.

Original UK 45 issued in 1967 by Immediate Records (IM 053). Demo.

In VG Condition (both sides have light surface marks but it plays fine and sounds great + there are 2 initails written on the A Side label, see pic).
