Description
Public Disturbance's guitarist, Paul Cowen, was a close friend whom I worked with both at our jobs with Ocean County Engineering, and on music and videos from 1987 - 1991. As a token of our friendship, he gave both myself and my brother Carl mint copies of this record.
To be honest, I had never heard of Public Disturbance or Mutha Records when he presented this gift, and never did I realize that it would one day be so valuable. I just tucked it away in my collection of other 7" punk singles, and only played it about three or four times (and that's being liberal).
The only minor imperfections are a slight discoloration on the front cover in the lower left hand corner, and the top of the sleeve has a slight roll on the front edge. The record itself has literally been tucked away safe and sound for all these years, and is truly near mint.
