Recorded live in November 2005 over two nights at The Fillmore in San Francisco.This comes in a limited boxset on virgin vinyl.
The vinyl version features three bonus (complete side H) tracks not to be found on the double-cd version. (The Badman Recordings Co. website speaks about four bonus tracks for some reason.)
Also the sequencing is somewhat different than on the double CD (which follows the sequencing of the DVD).
